When you contact us. Through our contact form: your full name, work email, company size and message. When you book a call through our scheduling provider: your name, email, notes and any guests you add. When you email us: your email address and what you write.

Server logs. When you visit praesia.ai or use the Service, our servers record your IP address, browser type, the pages you open or requests you make, and when.

When you are a customer. Account and user details, such as names and work emails. Your agents' identities and rules, including the payees you approve. Test payments and journal entries, such as amounts, payees, merchants, dates and decisions.

We use personal information to:

• answer your messages and hold the calls you book
• provide the Service: run your account, check payments against your rules, keep your journal and help you
• keep praesia.ai and the Service secure and prevent fraud
• keep records and handle complaints as the law requires

You don't have to give us personal information, but without it we can't reply to you or open your account.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it with:

• service providers that host praesia.ai and the Service in the United States, help us run the sandbox and check payments, and handle our email, scheduling and video calls
• our affiliates, which operate the Service for us, including from the European Union
• authorities or others, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety
• a buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

Our providers and affiliates use personal information only on our instructions. Our affiliates and some of our providers process personal information outside the United States, including in the European Union.

Our website links to our Discord server. Discord is a separate service, and its own terms and privacy policy apply there.

On our website, we only use the cookies the site needs to work, such as the one that remembers your choice of "United States" or "Europe" in the footer. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't let third parties track you on the site. If you click "Book a call", our scheduling provider loads and its own privacy policy applies.

In the console, we use the cookies or similar storage needed to keep you signed in and secure.

We don't track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.

We protect personal information with measures such as encryption in transit and restricted access. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Praesia is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also ask us to restrict its use or to give it to you in a portable format, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email contact@praesia.ai. We may need to confirm your identity, and we'll reply within the time the law sets. We may keep information that the law requires us to keep.

We'll post any update here with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we'll email customers before they take effect.
